Elon Musk in obviously on of the smartest and most interesting people who has ever lived, so I highly recommend watching this amazing interview from the recent Code Conference 2016.

Things got really bizarre in the interview when somebody in the audience asked Elon if we are all living in an AI simulation, to which Elon basically said yes. In my mind this is a bizarre question, which a super-bizarre and profound answer I was not expecting. TechCrunch wrote a fascinating article about Elon Musk's notion, which I recommend reading. Digital Trends also wrote a fascinating piece that suggests Elon Musk believes we are living in The Matrix.
